A wonderful child's or babies high chair. I have had lots of these over the years but this one is exceptional. Nicely carved and scrolled back in an organic and 'heart' shaped motif. Piece has a leather seat and tray base. On cast iron wheels the high chair will collaspe into a sliding chair or glider---double duty!!!! I believe this is completely original with the possible exception of the tray leather. Circa 1895. Overall size is 18 wide, 38 high (sometimes) and 20 deep.
