I like to sell unusual quartered oak pieces and this piece certainly falls into that category. A four door (door upon door) optometrist's eyeglass case. I have never had this model before. Nice label on back reads "W. D. Allison Co., Physician's Office Furniture and Invalid Chairs Indianapolis Indiana'. Let me describe the piece if I can. Four swing out doors back to back in front of each other. Front doors have beveled glass mirrors (some cloudiness); the back of these front doors also have mirrors with slots and a spring front holder. Two more doors are located inside with a shelf and a wood front; then opening to the back of the door which is the same as the front. Finally, there are back shelves against the back of the cabinet. Please refer to photos to get a better idea of how the cabinet is constructed. A couple measurements for you. The doors are 13.5 inches wide each---the front door shelf is 1.0 inches wide front and back. The middle doors are 4 inches deep. The back shelves are 3.5 inches deep. The overall size of the cabinet is 31.5 wide, 11 deep, and 41 high. We have refinished this piece and it has a beautiful smooth and even finish. Can be on the wall or used as a floor piece. NEAT ITEM!!!!!
