This is a especially nice quartered oak ribbon cabinet. Originally used in a country store for display and sale of ribbon. Each of the four tilt out doors has original wavy glass. Inside each compartment are three long dowels. These cabinets are many times used for a wine rack or to hold CD's or DVD's. Note the piece retains the original metal tag which reads 'A. N. Russell and Son Company, Ilion NY USA'. Beautiful refinished condition with a smooth and even finish. Overall size of the piece is 28 wide, 26.5 high, and 6 inches deep. labeled A. N. Russell and Son Company, Ilion NY USA. Four bottom-hinged doors with interior ribbon racks and glass sides. 27 1/4" H x 27 1/4" W x 6 1/4" D. Early 20th Century.
