This is a really great very heavy dog doorstop. Very fine detailed casting and a pretty patina (original paint) has developed over the years. Not sure what kind of dog this is, maybe a retriever of some kind? Might be an English door stop I think. Very good condition and over 14 inches tall and 12 inches wide. Great piece! (I noticed the closeup photo of the dog's face shows some reddish color---that is just reflection of the flash and does not exist on the piece itself).
