This is an unusual and functional oak sliding door bookcase or cabinet. It reminds me of a barrister bookcase because it does stack like a lawyer's bookcase. It also reminds me of a Danner bookcase because of its sliding doors. Really isn't either. Two size of doors slide from side to side. The previous owner procured these from Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio---not sure how long ago. I have two identical cabinets----this matches my stock number 13441. Cabinet has been refinished and is in excellent condition with a smooth even finish. The small size sides are each (interior) 20 wide, 11.5 high, and 10.75 deep---six of these sizes. The large size sides are each (interior) 20 wide, 24.75 high, and 10.75 deep--two of these sizes---note that these two have an adjustable shelf which can be used if desired. Overall size is 43.5 wide, 76.0 high, and 13 deep. Great and unusual piece which is very functional.
