German tall case clock in fine carved case (very good original finish-smooth and even). Piece has a high quality brass time and strike movement which is weight driven, which is marked 'AMUF 47428 Wurtenburg'. Scrolled floral dome top bonnet with high carved floral design on each side, molding below bonnet and reeded sides with beveled glass door and carved floral in base on turned feet, with original ornate brass encased weights and pendulum. Note the beauty of the embossed brass dial and concave glass. Overall 12.5 x 24 x 78.5. Excellent timekeeper and the famous German sound - circa 1900. As with all my clocks, they have been recently serviced and are in good running condition here in the store.
