This is a nice signed Yawman & Erbe quartered oak filing cabinet. I have had other pieces by this Rochester NY company and they are always very good quality. This is a stackable unit much like barrister bookcases-each section 'stacks' on top of the previous. 18 drawers in all; each being 10 wide, 4.25 high, 15 deep. All drawers (but one) retain their original adjustable 'stays'. Each drawer has an embossed brass pull. Interestingly, the two middle sections of drawers have a built in key which allows you to lock those two sections---haven't seen that feature before. Excellent restored condition with smooth and even finish, panel sides, all in pretty quartersawn white oak, Overall size of the unit is 33 wide, 55 high, and 18 deep.
