This is a most beautiful Victorian Georgian pin. It is a mourning jewelry piece or sometimes called sentimental jewelry. A round pin with a circle of cut garnets around the outside, a row of seed pearls circling next and a cabochon garnet in the center. The back is engraved 'John Rowell OB. 30th Dec 1816 At (?) 59'. Excellent condition (note the back does not have its pin) and a fine collectors piece. Approximately 1 1/8 inches in diameter.
