This is really interesting piece of baseball memorabilia. It is a baseball scorer. Rotating wheels allow you to keep track of the game. This scorer was advertising the Peter Doelger bottled beer that had won First Prize. The reverse side was a scorer for the card games of Pinochle or Euchre. Neat piece approximatley 2 x 4 inches.
