It has been a long time since I have had one of these. This is a oak barber cabinet which would have originally been in a barber shop. I believe they were used to store towels and hair cutting things. The cabinet has two drawers with original glass pulls with etched brass backings. The interior of the drawers are 8.5 wide, 13 deep, and 4 high. Each drawer has an interesting lock offset on the drawer (no key). Most eye catching I think are the two doors which hinge downward. Note the panels on each door and the pretty beading around each. The sides of the cabinet are also paneled and the overall size of the piece is 27 wide, 17.5 deep, and 40.5 high. Many uses for this piece and not a common piece on the market.
