'Little Joe Bank' cast iron mechanical bank by John Harper I believe. Piece is painted cast iron bust of Black man, eyes roll as hand deposits coin in mouth, VG cond, 5.5"H x 4.5"W. Overall very good condition with missing screw in back of bank (see photo), easily replaced if you so desire but piece is completely stable without it. Mechanics work fine.
