Signed R. Lalique vase in the Bagatelle design. Wonderful heavy Lalique vase in the Bagatelle patterhn has deeply impressed pattern of small birds surrounded by leaves and vines. The pattern is frosted and highlighted with a gray patination while the foot and rim are polished clear glass. A striking example and certainly exhibits the interest Lalique had in the organic motif. Signed on the underside with acid-etched block letters 'R.Lalique France'. Approximately 6.75 inches tall. Excellent condition with expected (and desirable) wear to underside.
