Exceptional German tall case clock in carved oak case, with brass dial, chime weight driven movement marked 161455/Germania, scrolled dome top bonnet with high relief carved cornucopia with fruit on each side, reeded waist with beveled glass tablet and carved basket of fruit in base on ogee feet, with original brass encased weights and pendulum. Overall 10.5 x 21.75 x 79 inches. One of the finest examples of the German era clocks we have seen. Famous German sound!
