Exceptional cast iron counter bell. Piece is in the form of a turtle. Windup stationary key on the base. Touch either tail or head to ring bell! Great sound and working condition. Probably restored at some point in time. Very good detail. Bottom has embossed 'S59' -- I think. 6.5 long x 3.75 wide.
